Liked: The location. It's close to everything.
Disliked: Room was a bit too small. Breakfast was OK-ish.

Liked: Hotel is in the center of manhattan but on the quiet street, queens room is perfect size, clean and the staff was amazing!!! Susanne, Marie and Anthony helped anytime we needed they were really wonderful!!I recommend it for 10000%!!
Disliked: The breakfast could be more varied but for that price I cannot complain!

Liked: Staff! We've never experienced staff being that helpful and friendly. Absolutely fantastic.Comfortable beds.Location, best possible!
Disliked: Room service finishes at 9.30, it's a bit early for us.Choice of alcohol in the bar is very poor. Lots of whisky or rum, but no choice on beer that's not typically American (it's a hotel for tourists so something international would be nice) and not enough different spirits. We never had a drink at the hotel because we couldn't fine anything we liked.
