Intown Suites Extended Stay Charlotte NC - North Tryon

Met my expectations

Liked: The room had the amenities that I needed to make my stay comfortable. The shower and the bed were also surprisingly good.
Disliked: Talking outside my room all night. The fact that the office isn't open 24 hours.

Disliked: The receptionist was very disrespectful and nasty.Asked me did I have a reservation. I told her No. She then said that she did not have any rooms available without checking in the computer first I went and made a reservation through booking .comAnd went back in. She said Didn't I tell that I had no rooms available? I replied that is not what it says on booking .com. I tried to show her my reservation.She would not even look at it.I stayed at the same location for 1 year. I never had any issue with the management there or receptionist. They were all respectful and kind. I will patronize your business again. I spent thousands with your company and will not ever recommend it to my family or friends.Also Was told that nothing will be done because this company doesn't care that their employees are nasty,rude & disrespectful to customers.I went to Wood Spring Suites University after leaving there.I highly recommend them Clean , beautiful rooms. They are a extended stay as well. They have a gym and laundry. Everything is inside. I really enjoyed my stay there! Excellent service & treatment from the receptionist she was awesome

Disappointing

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: I had to buy my own towels and pillow cases. Roaches. Didn't make repairs. Won't stay there again.

I would never stay at this location againbooking and Priceline should not market this hotel.

Disliked: The office manager was very rude and disrespectful at check in. They had no towels, said they would bring us some on Monday. That never happened. One roll of toilet paper 1/2 way through the we had to go buy our own because by the time we got off work it the office was closed and could get no assistance after 7 pm. Booked Queen size been given full size bed.
