We’d stay here again

Liked: The staff far exceeded my expectations. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the heart of cannery row with a view of the water so it has a great location. The outdoor fire pits are also overlooking the water so that’s nice for friends and family. Mini fridge was well stocked. Overall we loved our stay and would stay here again.
Disliked: We stayed at this hotel because of its location and the booking said cribs were available but to check prior to arriving to be sure. Well I indicated we wanted a crib in the reservation and didn’t hear back. So I messaged them to confirm and still did not hear back. I finally called a day before our arrival and they told me they didn’t offer cribs… very inconvenient.

Elevated comfort

Liked: Bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and looks nice. Fireplace was a plus during our stay as it got quite cold at night. Location was good, walkable to anything on Main Street.
Disliked: Parking was expensive although the valet service was very good. Reception looks like recently refurbished however some parts of the room look slightly dated/ worn.
