Convenient and pleasant.

Liked: Hotel is well situated for the airport. It is next door to an S-Bahn station which can get you to the airport very quickly, and isn't really that far from the centre of Berlin either. Staff are helpful and pleasant in my experience. Hotel is clean and functional.
Disliked: Can't really fault it because it serves it's purpose well, but the vending machine in the lobby was charging €7 for a sandwich. Which is a lot.

Liked: Beds are quite comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and smily. Check-in and check-out was quite smooth and without too much trouble. Noise and weather isolation is quite good.
Disliked: It is not well connected to travel from the hotel to the s-bahn. It might be improved by building a tunnel or a bridge directly from the train station. Pedestrian entry is not well thought. It seems the focus is more on the car than the public transport.

Liked: Helpful and customer-centric staff at reception and very good breakfast. Good location!

Good choice near airport

Liked: I stopped here for a night while I had an early morning flight back home. I came late and I left early, but I got what I wanted. It was easy to go to airport, S-bahnstation is very close.

Liked: The distance from the hotel to the airport, besides the prices was in my acceptable range for paying a room within the range of the airport. The personal was very nice and did remember to wake me up at the time I specified, which in other hotels they forget.
Disliked: The bed was really uncomfortable, in my personal opinion it was the worst bed I have ever try to sleep in a hotel. The person that lays on the bed sinks on it. Also not so critical, but was "funny" the bottle of watter offered for free on the room I couldn't open it because it requires a bottle opener that was no on the room, therefore I couldn't drink it. I know I could have call and ask for it, but at the time I arrived to the hotel I'm already tired and just want to sleep, but it could have been nice to have something to drink if possible.
