Liked: The location was wonderful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and nice. If you're not afraid of height, stay on the 29th floor, the view from my room was breathtaking. I love everything about this hotel. The free minibar had all you can drink. I'm certainly going back again when next I'm in Frankfurt.

It was good!

Liked: The location and view is excellent! The room was spacious and nice! The staff was really friendly.
Disliked: During my stay the toilet light did not work and I think the walls need a clean up. Lots of dark spots and marks which makes it look dirty unfortunately.

Welcoming hotel for city-dwellers

Liked: I am a returning customer. I like the big windows and the good location both in proximity to the main station and the city centre. Also, staff is very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It's a shame to see how the tooth of time is gnawing away at this hotel.
