Great location and accommodations. Room was clean and comfortable with a modern vibe. Loved The Wilson for breakfast and happy hour. This is my new go to for staying in the city!

Liked: Comfortable. Larger room than expected for a room in the city. Location perfect to all attractions in the city. Staff was friendly and responsive. I will stay here in the future.
Disliked: Nothing. Our stay was perfect!

Superb

Liked: Location was good for me as it was close to place I went every day. They are dog friendly and they give you dog bed, bowls and toy for your dog and restaurant downstairs has dog menu which was very much appreciated. All the staff was super nice and helpful. Very good restaurant downstairs. We had dinner there twice and I tried breakfast one day and everything was delicious.
Disliked: Room was very small, but that is normal for New York. I think they could do better job with cleaning before I came. Floor could be vacuumed better, I found hair in drawer and windows were dirty. That was disappointing.

Warm welcome and a fab...

Liked: Fantastic location, close to the high line and all the central spots were walkable. Staff were very warm and welcoming on arrival. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Surprisingly quiet at night given the location. Would stay again.
Disliked: The gym was too small and very busy. Our room had a sliding door on the bathroom which was tricky to lock.

Great location but if you...

Liked: Very good location on a quiet street with easy walking to NoMad places and the High Line !
Disliked: When booking the room the pictures showed it would have views of One World Center but my room was facing the opposite direction and they couldn’t offer me a room with a city view.But the biggest issue were the pillows, which were as hard as sacks of cotton wool. I did not sleep well at all.

Great hotel. Very happy with...

Liked: Great place for my 18 year old to stay while travelling alone. She got an upgrade to a lovely suite with a terrace. Her first time in New York and this place made it a memorable stay. In the heart of Manhattan and close to all the attractions. Thanks for looking after her so well. Just need come and stay myself next time.
Disliked: Nothing
