We loved the location and...

Liked: Lovely hotel , friendly staff. Great breakfast .Nice size room , comfortable night’s sleep.
Disliked: Our room’s decor (wall paper coming off the wall) was a little tired , would benefit from a refresh.

Disliked: Creaking floor boards that can hear every step from next door so very restless sleepless night Staff seemed very stressed, no welcome or smile faces . Needs stronger management or more positive training

Great room and location

Liked: Perfect location to meet with family. Staff friendly. Room really good, as was bathroom. Liked the facilities in the room. Bed linen really good. All clean and tidy. Breakfast very good and not a rip off. Would definitely stay again!
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the very squeaky floor but I know that can't be helped.

Super hotel

Liked: Fantastic stay at this hotel the night before we flew from Leeds bradford airport the room was excellent we booked table at the restaurant on the night and the food was 1st class and the experience made even better by the staff who were some of the best I've come across in a hotel 5 star service
