CAME FOR A SCHOOL REUNION

Liked: breakfast excellent along with the waiting staff. Receptionist good, we asked for a fan and got it in the room before we even arrived. Beds comfy. short walk into a lively town
Disliked: It was a very hot day when we travelled and we walked into the room the radiator was on full! You could only open the window a tiny bit, so we had to ask for another fan in the room. It was so hot we couldnt sleep in the bed so we had to sleep on top of it.

Disliked: At to wait 20 to find booking put in small room 285. ceiling coming down very poor

Liked: Situated, as the name suggests, on the Lytham Prom.Private off-street parking.Whopping breakfast buffet.Swimming pool and gym on site, if that is your thing.
Disliked: The hotel appears to exist in a poor phone/internet signal bubble. I heard a number of folks mention this.The hotel does offer free Wi-Fi, but at the rear of the hotel (where I was sited), even the Wi-Fi was barely useable.

Liked: Had to be allocated another room, which was much better because o of the efficiency and professionalism of staff I'd give a 7/10
Disliked: Hall was down to room smelt of damp, room too plus window did not open

Liked: Rooms nice and spacious and very clean
Disliked: The hotel was very busy,when we arrived at 15.00 our check in time,the car park was already packed to the brim,had to drive around for a hour to find a car parking space,then ended up having to park in the middle of the car park,so we could check in,not ideal,I did choose that hotel because you would normally get a parking spot,and thats what comes first when I am looking for a get away

Disliked: Advertised swimming pool but through the week pool outsourced to swimming lessons so not really useable. A very bad damp smell rooms 281-285 .This wasn't a shock as the hotel very dated outside the main reception areas

Liked: Been there many times before. Would go again but with reservations on the room.
Disliked: The room was supposed to be a boutique room. No way. Dark and dingy looking out at walls. Paid £60.00 extra for a move to a sea view which was very good for 2 nights. Next time it will be the Offshore which is better value in my opinion.
