Liked: Beds were comfortable, and the tv worked well
Disliked: The room was clean from a far view, when you actually get in and look up and down the doors, the window ledges, the inside of the heater was horrifying. Nothing is wiped down I am convinced they just remake the beds and clean the toilet. Very dirty. The check in lobby was super dirty too, shabby looking. Man that checked us in was short and blunt, although not rude. The door security was very shabby and the door to the outside had gaps on all sides allowing outside light to come through. Failed construction?

Liked: Location very good.
Disliked: Very run down, noisy, and cost cutting measures everywhere. Wouldn't book again.

Decent hotel in a lively...

Liked: Nice rooms, good location - 20 min walk from Pier 39. Nice restaurants around. Housekeeping team were lovely!!
Disliked: Little run down from the outside and quite a few homeless around the property but not much the hotel can do.

a good opportunity to stay...

Liked: it was located in a good area and had a free parking lot. it was clean. We could easily leave our luggage there after checking out for some hours
Disliked: street noisy, the staff when checking in seemed totally bored and not really happy to answer my questions.

Superb

Liked: Our stay at Inn on Broadway was excellent. The Indian couples at the reception were very helpful and guided us well. The location is very close to tourist attractions and also to public transport. There is free customer parking available. There are ample food options available at walking distance. The room is neat and well furnished. We were quite happy with our stay at this place.
