Inn at the Pier Pismo Beach Curio Collection by Hilton

Not worth the money.

Liked: The bar has a really beautiful view. The second room we got was a lot better than the first one. This was one of our most expensive nights we booked during our 3 weeks holiday but this was not worth it.
Disliked: The first room we get was very disgusting (a lot of mold in the bathroom). We asked for another room and there we got a better one. They should not talk about a swimming pool, it has more a the measures of a hottub (with very cold water). The lady at the desk was not able to smile when we arrived and at night. No option for parking without vallet.

Will stay again, but maybe...

Liked: Cannot beat the location. Hotel is nice.
Disliked: The 9:30 am jackhammering in a Saturday wasn’t pleasant and the 5:30am street cleaner on a Sunday not great, but I guess they probably can’t help with the city schedules that and it’s next to the biggest public parking lot. Before we checked out, a worker came in to inspect the patio for an AirPod that had dropped with the do not disturb sign on the door. My husband was in the bathroom luckily with the door closed. Other than that it was great!

Disliked: Water provided in our room $3 small bottle

Fun

Liked: The bed where so comfortable, stores were around, restaurants, were around don’t have to go far.
Disliked: Wish restaurant were open late. Only one was open until midnight

Exceptional

Bad

Liked: Beds were super hard, they no longer have a hot tub.
Disliked: Beds, rust in bathroom. ac loud.

Pleasant

Liked: Close to everything, great rooftop deck
Disliked: Very small pool, staff not the friendliest (front desk) staff at upstairs and downstairs bar were great

Scary area

Liked: We upgraded to have a fire pit room.
Disliked: What we didn’t realise was that this meant this would be a ground floor room backing into a scary car park. We saw multiple scary homeless people, cars sitting in the car park all night playing music and multiple rounds of police checking these cars out. This hotel backs onto a car park which can become dodgy at night.
