Disliked: Management and staff that was UNAPOLOGETIC for a broken elevator, requiring to walk down 5 flights of stairs with luggage. One of the staff members chuckled, and said “things happen”. No apology for the inconvenience at all.

Disliked: Get rid of Ursula! She should not be at front desk! Also my partner almost got robbed in the back parking lot as no cameras. Gave us free breakfast to make it up for it.What a joke! I stay here a lot too, never again.
