Very good

Dirty, smelly, not worth it

Liked: The pool was the only good thing
Disliked: The owner was rude when I called to confirm and see if I could check in earlier to use the pool, before hanging up he muttered “geese”. The room was filthy, the curtains were ripped, the bath had no plug, it smelt like wet clothes, you can hear people walking at all hours of the night, people were coming back from the club banging on the door. I paid for 2 nights and could only stay for 1.

Disliked: I drove 5 hours to get here last minute, when I arrive the hotel owner was asleep, so I had to call the phone for someone to open door so I could check in, he was rude ,I apologized for waking him up and told him I drove from far, he said yeah so did everyone else, then he asked if I was here for 4th of July, I said no, I am visiting my husband at the prison, he said, EVEN WORSEHe continued to be rude and give me attitude and proceeded to show me the smoking area in back of hotel and said I could not even smoke in my car, and then charged my debit card 100.00 deposit and said it’s refundable at checkout which I’m pretty sure this guy finds a way to keep the money, He made me want to cry and so uncomfortable, I drove from very far and didn’t need this type of treatment

Disliked: There are numerous things wrong with this place. The carpet is old and has stains. Room smells muggy. The air conditioner unit works but the vent area is broken. The AC stopped working mid-night and was blowing out HOT air. The curtains are shredded!! The toilet will not flush all the way unless you hold the handle down. The furniture was ok but some remodeling is needed badly. The TV has limited channels. The Wifi is Unsecured.

Very good place to stay...

Liked: These were the best beds I've slept in since I can remember. I've been all over the world and that was the pleasant surprise here. The AC is under the counter in the bathroom area and needs to be properly directed to cool the room because it pulls the cold air back out. Other then that, the staff and manager were really nice. Very good experience staying here and will keep this place on my short list in SLO. Also, lot's of good places to eat near buy, that you can walk to.

Disliked: There was black mold throughout the bathroom. On the ceiling and walls. It was definitely way too expensive for what it provides.
