Liked: Property was fine but the front desk person wasn’t very friendly.
Disliked: We arrived late and I asked the staff if there was a downstairs room available and he said no. We had heavy equipment so I asked if there’s an elevator but the staff said no. I asked what if we have someone who is handicap, the staff made fun of me and laughed. He said maybe your head is handicapped. This wasn’t a laughing matter or the warmest welcome.

Pleasant stay.

Liked: The beds were comfortable, and the location was great. Beautiful surroundings! Nearby restaurants within walking distance.
Disliked: The coffee maker in the room didn't work.

Liked: What I liked:* Great location* Clean sheets & generally clean room
Disliked: What I didn't like:* The room smelled really terrible! Super musky / mildewy. I suspect it has to do with poor ventilation. This was BY FAR the biggest issue. It just felt really gross inside, and made our stay very uncomfortable.* The spa / hot tub did not work. (It was the main reason why we chose this place over the others.)* Most cable channels on the satellite TV got audio only* The room and fixtures were rather decrepit and can really use a renovation * Pricey for what you get. Bad value.

It was okay

Liked: The room was nice, large, clean, and accessible easily.
Disliked: Not enough blankets, was very cold at night, we did not turn the heat on, I am not sure if this was available but anyway it was too late at night to get out of bed to turn the lights on and to check the heat. The beds were slanted a bit which made it difficult to sleep and the pillows were a bit harder than what I expected. The TV did not have any good channels to watch, was old and very slow to operate, and confusing. The remote control of the TV was terrible, absolutely terrible, I imagine because the hotel makes sure to buy the cheapest possible. And that's a pity.

Liked: I never got no breakfast there was not open till 11:00 I had to take care of business
Disliked: There was no garbage bags extra soap no room service. Neighbors with noisy until 4:00 in the morning which was very disrespectful unexceptable
