Disliked: The outside of the room was very dirty, the corridors and carpets of the corridors were old and very dirty, wasn’t taken care of. The room was ok but smelled strongly of cleaning products. However the bed covers were dirty. They offered to upgrade me to a room with a view but it smelled of cigarettes so I decided to stay in my original room. There was no hand soap. When I went to shower the next day, one of the two bath towels was stained. The towel holder fell and the toilet roll holder had fallen before my arrival
