Liked: I love the location. It is very close to family and I love looking out any of windows and seeing the openness. The lack of a tub was fantastic.
Disliked: The door separating the bathroom from the room was very stiff but with practice we moved it easily.

Liked: The hotel is beautiful. The staff was AMAZING! and the room was very nice! Bed was very comfortable. Loved the tub and shower.
Disliked: The door on the bathroom closest to the entrance was very awkward and heavy! It was hard to slide open and closed with no handle. We couldn't get either of the handsoap dispensers to work. And the right sink in the master bathroom was clogged.

Never staying here again.

Liked: We have stayed here several times and have always enjoyed our stay. Rooms are nice and clean.
Disliked: The hotel is on a large hill so if you stay in the winter, be careful as you could slide off the hill. I stayed when it snowed and my car along with many others slide down the hill and I almost went over the hill. I’m from out of town and no one assisted or even provided numbers to a tow place to get my car out. They just said it was up to me to remove it. We will never stay here again. Hospitality is a 0.

By far the finest lodging...

Liked: Reasonable rates; all the basics with a designer flare. Finest facilities in the area.
Disliked: No elevator. Odd bathroom layout.

I will not stay there...

Liked: I did not partake of breakfast as it did not look appetizing. I also did not like that it was set up in the lobby.
Disliked: Reception personnel. Not welcoming or personable.
