Enjoyed the hotel and the...

Liked: The property was wonderful the rooms were wonderful. The issue I have was the whole reason I booked this hotel was for the heated pool that was listed in the amenities. The whole purpose was for the pool for my kids, and when we arrive we find that there is absolutely NO POOL ON PREMISES AT ALL!
Disliked: No pool.

Exceptional

Liked: We were here because a tornado came through our area and caused a tree to fall on our home. As a result, we had to leave because there was no power. I was very overwhelmed when I arrived at the hotel, but the staff, especially the GM, Ebony , was very helpful and made checking in a smooth experience. The bed was so comfortable, I slept better than I had in a long time and given everything I was going through to be able to get a good night's rest was amazing.
Disliked: My grandson couldn't play his Xbox on the tv while we were here. We even brought a small TV from home but the game wouldn't connect. He was really disappointed being cooped up with nothing to do.

My stay was wonderful.

Disliked: Room could have been a little cleaner.
