Liked: Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The whole property is exceptional, clean, updated, and well cared-for. The entire staff is friendly.

Liked: The place was amazing, definitely 5 stars. The night staff we had more encounters with and they where the best hands down. Johnathan and Julia was their names. They where amazing couldn't ask for better service and amazing people then them.
Disliked: Some of the pricing was a bit much, but it is to be expected when you are going to a tourist place. I also didn't like that I didn't get a total on what I was expected to pay at the spa before my card was charged.

Liked: Staff was great. Would rate them at 11 out of 10. Setting is wonderful.

We would give this property 11 out of 10 if possible. Staff was fantastic.
