Liked: Good location. Excellent room service.
Disliked: No dresser drawers of any kind. No fridge. Heavy glass shower door came off the rails (managed to fix). Towels are like sandpaper.

A beautiful hotel that I...
Liked: The hotel is beautiful as well as the room. The location is good.
Disliked: The room I reserved had a picture that have a bathtub and I would have really enjoyed a soothing bath. I did not get a room with a bathtub even though it looks like I had reserved one. There was no microwave or refrigerator in the room which is a first for me. There was no way to preserve my leftovers. Upon arriving late in the evening the front desk person was not helpful. Our reservation could not be found and we had to go through many Loops to find it. It was listed wrong in their computer and he argued with me that this happens all the time and it was not their fault and there was no one to be responsible. I have used booking.com and literally traveled all over the world and never had this problem. My husband who works in Information Technology told me their computer system is not sufficient. The food left much to be desired and was very expensive with no way to even save any of it since there was no fringe or microwave. Also there was only one luggage cart in the whole entire Hotel.

Liked: From the moment we arrived the outside was just beautiful the staff that greated us was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant food was delicious and our room was beyond our expectations we can?t wait to return.
