Disliked: The people in the room next to us were obnoxious and loud all night and into the morning. I went down to the desk to complain at 4am. When they sent someone up it did not get any better. They then started slamming doors and banging on walls. I showered and left around 7am, and they were still at it. Worst $300 I have ever spent!

Very close to IU/PUI Natatorium. Clean and bed was comfortable. Captain of Valet parking was extremely nice.
Liked: Very nice hotel staff.
Disliked: Food and menu could be better. Parking fee extremely high.

Liked: The staff were especially nice and helpful, the rooms lovely and contemporary as well as very clean. A lovely environment.
Disliked: The walk-in shower in my room did not have a hand-held spray, which is a problem if I don't want to wash my hair. The bathroom lighting was excellent but the bedroom lighting was too dim. In the predawn hours, it was a real problem.

Liked: The hotel was centrally located for our event.
Disliked: I originally booked 2 double rooms, when I arrived at the hotel I was told they only had one room available, even thou I had confirmation from booking.com. This meant 5 women had to share 2-double beds. When I was ask for a roll-away bed, I was informed that was a fire code issue and we could not have an extra bed. One member of our party slept on the floor, after we paid $221 for the room. The 2nd room was charged to my checking account and I am now waiting for a refund. Also, parking was ridiculous at $50/night! I am not very pleased with our stay and would like some sort of compensation for my troubles and my parties inconvenience. The hotel did nothing to try to correct the booking issue and then still billed me!!!! This is unacceptable. Every time I utilize booking.com, there seems to be an issue. In the future I will either book direct or use Hotels. com. Thank you.

Liked: The atmosphere and amenities were both excellent! Breakfast was delicious! The lobby design was amazing, an excellent social space.
Disliked: Nothing. We were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our stay!
