Disliked: The people in the room next to us were obnoxious and loud all night and into the morning. I went down to the desk to complain at 4am. When they sent someone up it did not get any better. They then started slamming doors and banging on walls. I showered and left around 7am, and they were still at it. Worst $300 I have ever spent!

Very close to IU/PUI Natatorium. Clean and bed was comfortable. Captain of Valet parking was extremely nice.
Liked: Very nice hotel staff.
Disliked: Food and menu could be better. Parking fee extremely high.

Loved the hotel. Very nice, friendly staff, comfortable bed, and great location!

Liked: Everything was great. I checked in early with no issue and the staff was great!
Disliked: There was nothing not to like. It was great!

Liked: Only good thing was the connected restaurant
Disliked: Asked for early check in just a 2PM check versus 4 and it was approved by email still had to sit there waiting for 2 hours while staff sits at front desk laugh and playing around

Liked: Breakfast was excellent, as was my server, Roxy. Having a Starbucks onsite in the lobby was a boon too.
Disliked: Booking.com described the hotel as having a robe in the room I reserved. The property does NOT provide robes in guestrooms. That was a disappointment and Booking.com needs to remove that amenity.
