Great location, some more attention...

Liked: Really great location to sites, restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: Cleaning of the room could have been more thorough; multiple asks for toiletries which were not replenished; whilst there is a lift there are steps to and within the room which should be more clearly stated when booking.

Liked: Breakfast was quite simple the first day with white bread only and minimal spreads. After mentioning it to the girl at reception, the next morning everything go upgraded with a big smile and with a real concern to our well being. Team both at reception and at breakfast were very accommodating, suggesting help with everything and always with a big smile.
Disliked: Breakfast could be improved
