Disliked: No shuttle service- I called previously to make sure the shuttle would be running during our stay- I was assured it was- when we checked in was told the shuttle was not running- one of the reasons I booked this hotel was for the shuttle service- had to pay a lot extra in Uber and Lyft rides-

Liked: Jojo was amazing. So kind and generous. She helped us in every way! Our room was spotless. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Loved the room and location.

Liked: The room was beautiful and housekeeping did a wonderful job every day.
Disliked: The one thing I would have liked to see were more safety bars in the shower. I am 86 and was able to manage in the shower but would have a been a little more confident with a safety bar along the wall of the shower.

Liked: Clean room, good location to shopping areas and dining. Peaceful.
Disliked: There was a nice kitchen area for coffee, microwave and refrigerator but I was put in a room that did not have a sink convenient to the kitchen. To wash dishes, one had walk a distance back and forth to the bathroom sink. ALSO there was an extra charge for having coffee in the lobby or using the amenities in the hotel???
