Lovely receptionist, dog friendly

Liked: Lovely hotel, all you need. Travelling with a dog. Exceptional staff, fantastic communication with hotel, they were very prompt, informative, and courteous when communicating. Lovely receptionist on duty when we were checking out on Sat 16th Aug 25 (wish i could remember her name)! We added on the contentential breakfast, great start to the day. Ideal for those travelling with a dog!!
Disliked: We arrived late, wich I could have stayed longer!!

Value for money and a...

Liked: The location was good for our trip and it was a very reasonable price
Disliked: The room I stayed in could have done with "freshening". The shower was particularly bad. It leaked and was not securely attached to the wall

Everything was just fine, nice...

Liked: Location was good, 10 minutes walk from city centre, on the bus route also.
Disliked: On a busy main road, can hear traffic noise in the room, needs better sound proofing to dampen the road noise, possibly a wall or better windows
