Lovely welcoming staff but disturbed...

Liked: It’s convenience for my visit
Disliked: The incredibly noisy gentlemen in room 234. He was pacing the corridor outside my room speaking very loudly on his phone and woke me at 11.30pm and it frightened me. 12.15 he was in his room but i could still hear him. I messaged the hotel via the bookings app but got no reply - i wasn’t going to tell a very big man to be quiet as i could see him through the spy hole in the door . The walls were very dusty and only realised when i had to the lamp on during the night because i couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t speak to staff this morning as the desk was unoccupied. The staff that greeted me yesterday were very lovely.

Disliked: Why was my room between a bunch of school kids who slammed doors all night and ran up and down the corridors?Seemed they were win pairs and no parents A female staying alone should not have to pout up with bloody kids who have never stayed in a hotel before.I asked for a quiet room, at the end of a corridor would have been betterIt ruined the stay

Excellent well-priced hotel.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable and everything worked. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice including 'Full English' and there was no waiting and plenty of tables to sit. Would recommend.
Disliked: No faults at all with hotel
