Well situated for Swansea city...

Liked: Always a nice friendly welcome when you walk through the door. The team had my Earl Grey tea bags waiting for me to take them to my room. The room was cleaned when I came back every day.
Disliked: Th pillows are a bit hard.

Liked: Location was handy but noise from nearby roads virtually unbearable at night.

A great place to stay

Liked: it is in a location that suits our trip to the ferry in Fishguard from London area. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: pleasant staff, nice clean room and comfortable bed. sadly the cooked breakfast was cold, I don’t think the buffet style is the best at keeping it hot. otherwise all good

Liked: We didn’t have breakfast this time but we know they are excellent . Comfy beds good shower . Free parking great . Price very good
Disliked: Room was a bit tired looking . Paintwork needs addressing . Bathroom prob needs a makeover soon .
