Disliked: I was asked when booking what dietary requirements we had (1 x celiac), the hotel emailed back asking for more info and I replied that 1 x gluten free breakfast was required.On going down to breakfast there was NOTHING my husband could have, so my son and I felt we obviously couldn't eat in front of him.

Liked: As a full time wheelchair user on my first visit to Glasgow, My stay was fantastic, upon arrival I was put at ease and even helped to make sure I was parked in the correct place.I was checked in promptly, shown up to my room in the event of an emergency exit points. Thank you to the young gentleman that helped me on the evening of my arrival, being in a new place with so many new faces can seem intimidating, but you and all the staff were very friendly and put me at ease. My room was more than spacious, spotless and the bathroom was huge too.When I visit Glasgow again I'll be sure to book again!!

Disappointing

Liked: Staff on the Friday were amazing. Room was great
Disliked: Waited an hour for food. My friend is diabetic so she ended up taking a hypo so couldnt go out. Staff were rude on the Saturday. Mayo was out of date.

Liked: Very clean and had all amenities. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: Lovely bathroom but the Lighting for shaving, etc was non-existent.

Great location, breakfast, and price.

Liked: Location is great! It is walking distance (about 8 minutes) from the central train station, 2 minutes walk from the airport shuttle, and about 10 minutes to the pedestrian streets.Breakfast: fantastic breakfast with several hot items like eggs and meats, fresh fruits, cold cuts, cheese, bread and pastries.Super clean and excellent price.
Disliked: Everything was fine.

Liked: The hotel was amazing, staff very friendly as soon as you walked through the door, the decor is definitely a highlight especially for music fans, me and my partner loved it, even in the room there is little nods to music, scottish artist's and landmarks and also loved the breakfast too, was the best breakfast we have had in a long time.
