Liked: Spacious rooms
Disliked: Fire alarm going off early hours off morning. No communication from the 1 staff member they had working bar, reception etc.

Liked: Everything was good and as requested.and flexible
Disliked: When leaving, the car had not arrived to move to another place, and I asked the reception to keep the bags for a few hours until the car arrived. Unfortunately, the employee did not accept and I had to carry the bags, knowing that they were heavy bags and I was forced to carry them, even though everything was excellent. However, this negative thing was that there was no cooperation.

Nice room but disappointing food...

Liked: The room/chalet was a great size for a family of 4 and had a kitchenette which was perfect with young kids.
Disliked: Lack of communication about the pool being closed. A message was sent when I booked it but I had to call the morning of our stay to check if it was open and was just told no. There was no explanation. It’s also still showing on the website.There was a lack of selection at breakfast which was meant to be cooked food and consisted of microwaved ciabatta sausage/bacon or vegetarian option.There was no fire procedures in the room.

Liked: parking was good - clean room
Disliked: the air-con unit made strange noises every 3-5 mins throughout the night. we changed rooms, which was better, but we still had a sleepless night with the intermittent clanging of the unit (even when turned off)
