Overall comfy stay. Nice breakfast and liked the free hot drinks.

Liked: Comfy room. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Having to pay for breakfast. It should be included in the price!

Beds; rooms; staff all excellent.

Liked: Perfect location for venue and restaurants/ bars.

Liked: Modern, clean, friendly helpful staff.. Great location. Great facilities - complimentary drinks Seating area in foyer was appreciated for group, seating together. Loved the location Loved our stay
Disliked: Broken lift but cleared marked out of order, resulting in only 1 lift to service all floors. Out of date tourist information in foyer - pamphlets etc

Room and staff great -...

Liked: Good location, clean and tidy.
Disliked: The breakfast. The breakfast was horrible. The coffee didn’t taste like coffee, the orange juice tasted like some concoction of industrial chemicals, the bacon looked like it had been boiled, the sausages - I can’t describe the sausages, and I don’t want to talk about the eggs.

Will look at other options...

Liked: The location is excellent, especially for the Utility Arena.
Disliked: I was disappointed that after stopping here for quite a few years now, for various events at the utility arena, that the hotel now charges £15 a night for parking. It was always free/included in cost of room. I can’t come by train, as I have a mobility limitations. Breakfast quality and choice has sadly lowered. Because of the above, we decided that we will look at other hotels for our future visits.

Liked: Great place to stay for the city centre, the staff are helpful and the facilities are good. I also like the free drinks at reception.
