Overall comfy stay. Nice breakfast and liked the free hot drinks.

Liked: Comfy room. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Having to pay for breakfast. It should be included in the price!

Beds; rooms; staff all excellent.

Liked: Perfect location for venue and restaurants/ bars.
Disliked: No fridge . Breakfast buffet not very nice! Bigger towels.

Excellent hotel

Liked: Excellent hotel, easy check in/out. spotless, friendly staff, buffet style breakfast, not a massive selection, but plenty of what was on offer. Pancake machine was fab!There's a free hot drinks machine and ice machine in the lobby, as well as tea/coffee in the room.Room was spotless - towels, iron, hairdryer, and a/c. Underground parking (£15 -24hrs) with a lift straight to the lobby. There's a Tesco express about a 5 min walk from the hotel, which was super handy. Will definitely use this hotel again on future trips to Birmingham. Here's a pic of my pancakes,bacon and honey!
