On the whole it was...

Liked: Very proximity to where my colleagues and I were working.
Disliked: Small friendly hotel, any problems were dealt with immediately. The two older members of staff in the restaurant , Tracy and Ann were brilliant, so helpful when ordering food especially as I have gluten and dairy issues. They alway ensured that all my dietary requirements were adhered to: Both these ladies seemed to do all the hard work . Sadly the younger restaurant staff had very little understanding of dietary requirements.

Best thing was walking distance...

Liked: Close to NECWaitresses in restaurant Tracy and Ann were very helpful and accommodated my friend with food allergies
Disliked: Room was near a noisy generator room . Room was either hot or cold , nothing in between!. No table service .

Excellent value for money

Liked: As a prelude to our flight, for the following morning, it was a great night's sleep and a relatively short walk to the monorail .Everything was perfect and the staff very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Lovely stay and hotel and perfect location for the NEC and World Resorts. Room and breakfast was good

Pleasant

Liked: Simple last minute booking after missing our flight. Rooms were ok.
Disliked: The choice of food was very limited & expensive for what was served.

Liked: Quiet and handy for the NEC
Disliked: Couldn’t watch TV if in bed, wrong position

Had a chilled few days...

Liked: Had a fabulous stay, staff were helpful and friendly. Clean room. Food was lovely . Relaxed atmosphere
