I had a great time.

Liked: Almost everything. The staff was wonderful!!!Even the parking lot is beautiful
Disliked: The hotel need remodeling, looks tired, but still have a great value for what it delivers.

Friendly staff and good breakfast...

Liked: The reception staff were really chatty and helpful after I arrived rather late. The breakfast was also pretty decent - for an Italian breakfast, although it would have been nice if breakfast had started just a little earlier than 7am.
Disliked: For a hotel that calls itself 4 star, this was the lowest level 4 star hotel I have stayed in. The pictures online make it look nice enough but let's get serious, for a 4 star hotel you really could not get a more basic, basic room. I know 4 stars are sometimes justified for the extra facilities (which I did not use) but the basic room was very small, the bed was hard (and normally I like a fairly hard bed), and whilst there was a blanket available, the bed itself just had 2 sheets on top - no duvet; perhaps fine for the summer months but not for March. The shower area was pretty tiny too and mine just looked a bit tired. And the view from my slither of a window just looked sad.To be honest all the above would be absolutely fine, and I would stay there again if I had to, but sadly the expectation was much higher given the 4 star rating and so my main gripe and caution to others is just to be aware - you are getting 3 star hotel.

Liked: we stayed at the hotel for one day after arriving in Bari. Clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, breakfast on a very nice terrace.

Excellent location and amazing staff!

Liked: We really enjoyed the friendly staff. They provided valuable information about the surrounding areas as well as providing excellent restaurant recommendations. They went out of their way to making sure we were comfortable in our room.Hotel staff was the best we ever had!
Disliked: I preferred more toiletries in the bathroom. Only had shampoo and soap bar. The shower was old so it appeared not to be as clean as I would prefer.

Liked: Near the airport, breakfast is nice, there is a swimming pool.
Disliked: There vas a mold in the shower and in general room looks far from fresh. We had a room with a window to the railway, so we could hear the trains running.
