Good location and reasonably priced.

Liked: Easy access just of the M6.
Disliked: Carpet in room was grubby.

Liked: It's pretty much on the motorway.
Disliked: The room reeked like the smoker had just left the room and the carpet looked like the floor of a nightclub on a Saturday morning. The bathroom smelled... well used.

I can't foresee a day...

Liked: The location, in that it was near the motorway
Disliked: The location, in that it was near to Preston. The room looked so sparsely furnished I thought it had been turned over by thieves....even the carpet underlay seemed to have been removed. The bed was hard, the pillows were thin and too few, there was no air-con, the window was openable but hung into the room which was weird, and anyway it was too noisy to do that and hope to sleep. The carpet was stained, the bathroom was ok but was past its prime. There was instructions to ask reception for anything we might need, like extra pillows, hairdryer etc but no phone to contact them. So that would have necessitated a walk in my pyjamas down two flights of stairs and back, passing those reminder signs that they wouldn't tolerate any abuse or violence against staff, who were (apparently) aware of (and doing all they could to limit the amount of) trafficking and child abuse on the premises (nice!) whilst noticeably avoiding eye contact with everyone.Never been happier to throw them the keys as we left in the morning.

Liked: New carpets. Very helpful staff. Good car park. Excellent breakfast bar.
Disliked: Noise from the M5 when windows are open. Not much to be done about this!!
