Liked: ♿ review. Location from motorway, cheap and cheerful. There were limited disabled rooms and the lift was small. A larger wheelchair user would need help into and out of the lift. The staff was very helpful. Slept quiet well, bed comfort was fine. None disability room was ok for my wheelchair.
Disliked: Tired looking rooms and ill fitting windows.Getting to the pub right next door is not easy in a wheelchair. Just plan your route. Not signposted at the entrance, easy to miss.

Okay stay overall
Liked: Good location Nice staff Early check in 24hr reception Breakfast was okay
Disliked: The security woman at night had to let us in as the doors locked at night, which felt like an inconvenience for her to have to get up of her seat & let us in. We then wanted some water which was behind the desk which we had to pay for, no water was left in the room. There was no one in reception & the security guard sat back down on the table she had to.get up from & continued to play games on her phone & told us someone would be here in a minute, we waited quite a few minutes before she stopped playing her game on her phone & went into the reception & screamed service to the guy who was on shift who then appeared & charged us £5 for 3 bottles of water.
