I was perfectly happy with...

Liked: This is a hotel that ticks all the boxes for a good basic room. Extremely comfortable bed. The rooms are not large or luxurious, but everything you need is there. Parking is great. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy but all you need. The staff were kind and helpful. I was late to breakfast one morning, and they were kind about letting me have breakfast anyway and ensured I got a cup of tea and muffins as well .
Disliked: Busy main road nearby.

Not the best option to...

Liked: Location and food.
Disliked: There was no air conditioning in the room only a fan which did not provide any comfort.
