Worst night of sleep ever

Liked: The staff was very helpful with most everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent. Everything you could possibly expect was included
Disliked: The room was very discouraging from the vinyl floors, the step up bathroom, bare minimal furniture, no closet, not even a comfy chair. Felt like it was a manufactured room, like a cruise ship cabin. The bed, if you can call it that, was the worst I have ever slept on. Basically it was a mattress with a 1 1/2" piece of foam on top, hard as rocks. No sleep from either of us the 2nd nite. First nite we were so exhausted from 8 hours flying travel, we didn't notice it. A comfy bed is one of the main reasons for staying at a hotel. The amount of money we paid for this piece of crap mattress is a crime. Oh yes the pillows weren't much better feeling like pieces chunks of foam rubber. I guess washcloths are also not included. The lighting in the room does not work unless the master switch was turned on, then the lights were all on or there was nothing, no way to adjust the lights

Liked: The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything looked modern and new and I felt right at home. I really enjoyed having housekeeping every day as many other hotels don't offer this anymore. I also liked the city view.
Disliked: No bottled water in the room and no fridge. That would be the biggest reason for me going somewhere else next time. Also, having the clothes rack right in front of the window makes it hard to get to.

Liked: Restaurant was good the one time we ate there. The cleaning staff was reallly exceptional. Room cleaned daily and early in the day.
Disliked: No internet. No television. Complained but no help was given. They seemed to think we were lying. The bathrooms were cleaned but never lost the smell of urine. It was an overwhelming smell of old urine.
