Great location, staff were excellent.

Liked: The staff were excellent and very friendly. The location was excellent too.
Disliked: When we arrived there was dirty breakfast dishes in our room, Room 5 was so cold and the window was drafty. My elderly mother had to sleep with a pillow up at her window and she slept with her clothes on over her night clothes. The pillows in our room were very soft and uncomfortable. The bed itself was comfortable tho. However,we were put into a disabled room when none of us were disabled and didn’t request this.

Liked: Quite,the staff i found when checking in were friendly.
Disliked: The cleaners kept on knocking at my door in the morning and the other one came in without knocking Breakfast was value for money.The bathroom especially the toilet was not clean…i had to clean myself…the towels and the tissue increase please.
