Ibis Lincoln Hotel

We won't stay there again....

Liked: The room was clean. The bed, although hard was a good size, but the bed linen could have been cleaner. The towels were very nice, no complaints with them. The bathroom was clean, although the shower had a leak which was repaired after we complained several times. We didn't eat at the hotel.
Disliked: The staff, the younger ones had an attitude which gave the impression of idleness and lack of interest or pride in their work. The more mature ladies were very helpful and civil.

Disliked: Poor building maintenance The lift sounded like it was about to break down, very clunky!!We were kept awake by slamming fire doors all night, so loud that the door in our room vibrated!!Both fire doors near our room were poorly adjusted causing them to slam very hard rather than soft close...this became very annoying in the end

Liked: Staff were lovely. Very dog friendly. Howl of Fame was really lovely...taking our dogs photo was very thoughtful. Warm welcome. Great breakfast

Disliked: Hair drier didn’t work, bathroom gets very wet when shower is on, door wanted replacing as warped and water damaged.

Liked: Everything was excellent. I always stay at the IBIS when I am visiting customers' in Lincoln. I never have any complaints. It is value for money and the staff are always pleasant.
Disliked: Nothing
