Disappointing

Liked: I booked into the hotel at the last minute after a stay in hospital. For breathing difficulties.On arrival I was told the lifts did not work and I was on the 3rd floor.My room was filthy also.
Disliked: No customer service and the lifts weren't working which was a huge inconvenience. Considering my health issues
