Liked: Admittedly I turned up an hour before check in and was told to come back in half an hour, which I thought was fair. I went back 45 minutes later and another staff member without looking said come back at 1500 and carried on with what they were doing.I explained what had already happened and only then did they look. It was like I was putting them out. If your on reception duty then act like you want to be there, even if you don't. In the room description, it said, smart TV and in brackets (things like Netflix) which I thought, cool. It did say smart TV when turned on but other than that there was nothing smart about it.Can't comment on the food as I didn't have an evening meal and was gone before breakfast started.

Liked: I was as expected
Disliked: the föhn did not work. The elevator did not work. And the hotel called 'Messe' was really far away of the Messe

Disliked: Breakfast room was crowded. No chance to sit down. No in-site restaurant for dinner. Luckily there is a Hilton nearby where you can go for dinner otherwise the location is isolated.

Liked: They gave me a different room from what i paid for. I had to go downstairs twice to get the room changed because the second rom they gave they did not clean it. It was left the way the former guest keft it. The previous room was with 2 single beds and the bathroom smelled like sewage.
Disliked: The receptionisg asked me what country i was from. Dude my country is clearly written on my ID which you have with you. I asked him, "do you even need that information" and he said no. Why did he even ask it?There was no phone in the room to call reception.
