Liked: The location as it was next to the train station and easy to find.
Disliked: I had a really unpleasant stay due to the air conditioning in my room. It had clearly been leaking for quite some time — there was visible mold built up around the floor and door where the water had been dripping, and the smell was very noticeable as soon as you walked in. Not only was it uncomfortable, but it also felt unhealthy to breathe in a damp, moldy room. This should have been addressed long before guests were allowed to stay in it.

Convenient stopover

Liked: Location. Within walking distance to city centre and railway station.
Disliked: The decore of the room was a bit tired with green bathroom and broken lampshades. Is it the corporate colours of Ibis?

Great place with great staff...

Liked: Location, staff very helpful and friendly (special shout out to Hannah, from housekeeping, lovely friendly lady) breakfast was great, everything covered & replaced when things ran out, best sausage had in a while! We enjoyed an evening meal on our last night there, this was very good, Chicken Katsu Curry, lovely flavour & very good portion, would definitely return ( to be honest this was my 4th stay, so that tells you something)

Liked: Location, perfect for all the pubs. Friendly staff at the hotel. Good bar, not bad prices. Free parking. Comfy bed. Big shower. Basic room but excellent value for money.
Disliked: Bit grubby in the corridors.
