Liked: The Asian guy on reception the last day of our stay was very helpful and nice.
Disliked: Initially we were sent to a room, there was a chair lodged in the window opening it dangerously wide. My sister was getting changed where was a knock at the door and a man came barging in. This happened twice, the second time the man was refusing to leave until I threatened to call the police. These 2 men were decorators and doing maintenance on other rooms on the corridor. There was a third knock this time the person waited for us to open the door, it was the reception staff informing us that he had given us the wrong room and gave us the key to a new one. As 3 women staying alone we felt unsafe and violated and were on edge the entirety of our stay.
