Liked: Efficiently run budget hotel. Clean, considerate and comfortable. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, very friendly. You were made to feel like a very important guest. The mattresses were new and soft, and the pillows sumptuous, not what you’d expect in a budget hotel. Ample secure parking with security lights.
Disliked: There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room though you could make a drink doemstarirs for yourself.

Liked: Good More but My room had bunk bed on top of the bed. My wife and me had keep hitting on the bunk bed. I and. I am Disabled and had room Number 8.Had No hand towels.The other wise and I i had all excellent.room.Good Staff

Liked: Easy access.
Disliked: There was a sewage smell in the room and around the entire facility. Paid for breakfast and it did not show on the booking. Had to resolve this. Double room is so tiny, you have to squeeze to get onto 1 side of the bed. No room for suitcase. Bedside light not working. Bits of dirt on floor. Power sockets only on 1 side of the bed. No rail for towel in bathroom. Al Jazeera channel has been blocked. For breakfast everything was empty. Had to ask 3 times tor plates and orange juice, 20 minutes wait for croissants, hash browns, mushrooms, scrambled egg. Very badly organised. Advertised free parking but charged us £3 to park. Will not recommend and will not stay there again.
