Disliked: I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Ibis Budget Hotel Leicester was beyond disappointing. The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful from the moment I checked in. No smiles, no courtesy – just cold, dismissive attitudes.The room (Room 22) was a nightmare. Dirty, cramped, and clearly not cleaned properly before my arrival. The sheets didn’t feel fresh, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t seen proper maintenance in a while. There was barely space to move around – definitely not worth the price they’re charging.Save yourself the stress and stay literally anywhere else. Ibis Budget Leicester does not live up to even the most basic standards.

Perfect staff!

Liked: The staff were so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Putting on a channel for myself and partner in the restaurant, also there was a deal with food and a pint of beer but I drink cider and they had no problem doing that for me. Lovely people 🥰
Disliked: Location was hard to find but that was the only fault ☺️
