Disliked: One of the worst and most uncultured receptions I have seen in the past few years was, unfortunately, the reception of this Abyss hotel. The night we arrived, there was a gentleman at the reception who was very polite and personable. On Tuesday, April 22, when I was about to check out, I unfortunately saw the worst receptionist at this hotel. A Ukrainian lady who was very uncultured, very rude, and a completely characterless woman who behaved very badly with me. What is the hotel's criteria for choosing a receptionist? I was returning from a trip to Italy, and I had very good memories of the trip, but this characterless Ukrainian lady caused all my good memories of the trip to Italy to be destroyed.I would like to add that the hotel room was very clean and tidy, and considering the price, it is a very good option. But unfortunately, this characterless and uncultured lady ruined the whole good memory of my trip to Italy. And she made me very nervous. And really, if the hotel manager allows such a character to continue working, I think it will gradually cause a number of customers to hate this hotel, because this Ukrainian lady is damaging the hotel's reputation and dignity.

Liked: They looked after our luggage so we could explore before check in. The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean, but a little worn out.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable
