Superb
Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Basic amenities, but it is an ibis hotel, and I knew what I was getting before I booked. It was clean, with comfortable beds. Overall, I enjoyed the stay, and it was excellent value for money.

Disliked: where do i start, I paid £150 for a real budget hotel, no restaurant so had to find somewhere to eat, Staff on checking really not very helpful or friendly. Breakfast was awful, Bedroom overlooked station carpark so people could see in. soap dispenser in shower not working. furniture dated, Duvet cover falling of,

Liked: staff went above and beyond after a drunken party was causing problems for the night staff. full of apologies for their behaviour my main concern was that the person on the desk was that she was on her own.breakfast was good and set up for the day.
