Liked: Staff was brilliant. They helped any way they can.
Disliked: Room was just a room. At least, I was expecting to have fridge in the room which does not exist as well as a safe.

Liked: Location is excellent near train station

Above and Beyond

Liked: I am elderly and slightly disabled and the staff went above and beyond to help mewith things like my breakfast tray and --without my asking --support on entering and exiting via the stairs and ramp.
Disliked: I booked here because of the proximity of the train station across the street; however, as I discovered the first night, that location can be very noisy. At my request , the hotel switched me to an inside room for the remainder of my stay, and all was well.

Liked: Room was nice size and it was fairly quiet.
Disliked: Being next to the train station , it had a lot of people hanging around the entry to the hotel. They did have a security guard outside most of the time , but it was not very comfortable going in and out of the hotel.
