Exceptional

Liked: Easy check in and clean tidy rooms. Restaurant on site, friendly staff.
Disliked: Cleaners woke me up to see if i had left the room. I chose this hotel as check out was 12pm, so cleaners shouldn't be bothering guests before that time. I work late so was trying to catch up on sleep, so wasn't very impressed.Also parking is charged, didn't make that clear at time of booking, only after booking was confirmed. Was you add parking, there are def cheaper places to stay that offer the same thing.

Disliked: Breakfast needs attention. No mugs or dinner plates. when they were brought only bought out half a dozen then ran out of cutlery. Refilling buffet breakfast items was also slow.
