Great staff, lovely food, diabolical...

Liked: The staff and food were awesome.
Disliked: The rooms look like a post apocalyptic nightmare, who on earth decided to make the walls look like dirty stained concrete?It's dreadful, it was like sleeping in a room in a derelict hotel.

Poor staff hospitality and charge...

Liked: The breakfast was ok although they don't allow dogs into the breakfast area and there was o ly one table prepared for sitting at with dogs.
Disliked: You have to pay £9 for parking. There no other option to park elsewhere as its on a bypass and double yellow lines on the industrial estate that its located on. Room 105 smells like there's a soil pipe leak in the ensuite.

Disliked: The air conditioner in one of the rooms is malfunctioning, causing water to drip. The water pressure in one of the room is low, and the lighting is insufficiently bright.

Liked: Ideal overnight stopping place after leaving the ferry at Plymouth, excellant breakfast-set us up for the return journey to the midlands
