Disliked: Hotel on industrial estate in the middle of nowhere ! Windows of rooms had no openings so found the room far too hot ! Air con made no difference so very uncomfortable during the night .

Disliked: The polished concrete walls in the room. Made the room look unfinished, echoey and didn't really feel cosy - maybe just do one wall. We were only staying for a night so not a problem but if staying longer would have asked to swap rooms. Other than this everything else spot on.

It was worth the cost...

Liked: The staff in the restaurant was absolutely lovely, they were so friendly. The room was nice. And in a great location.
Disliked: I was in what looked like a newly refurbished room, was lovely, beautiful bathroom and spacious enough, but I could hear a fair amount of outside noises. Was woken up at 3am by people in other rooms etc, and every hour I could hear water related noises.. couldn’t pin point what that was.
