improve the customer service.

Liked: the location.shuttle bus is big.breakfast is good.
Disliked: some receptionist are not even greeting the customers.no welcoming smile except the one in the souvenir shop.

Liked: Great location, easily accessible. Parking available at the hotel. Breakfast starts early, at 4am. Clean room and the staff is very friendly.
Disliked: The room was pretty spartan, pillows not great, hard mattress, no complimentary tea/coffee/water, extortionate prices for snacks and drinks at the shop in the reception area (prices are higher than at the airport even).
