Excellent stay for exploring Barcelona's...

Liked: Excellent and almost unbeatable location for approaching all Barcelona attractions on foot. Beautiful view from the Skybar and room terrace. I recommend the corner rooms facing Placa Catalunya. Nice and friendly staff.
Disliked: Elevators are horrible - I can't believe I am writing this comment in a Booking review, but they wrecked my nerves a few times during our week-long stay. Super slow to arrive at both the lobby and the room floors. The average wait to get up to the room from the lobby is about 10 minutes, and it is not a large hotel - just 7 stories high.

Liked: The hotel is very nice and the location is excellent. The staff are kind and friendly, especially Ahmad and Albarit — their service was outstanding and they really helped us. All the reception staff were respectful and helpful. Thank you for the warm hospitality
Disliked: Nothing really, but maybe the elevator — it doesn’t show clearly whether it’s going up or down, and most of the time it’s crowded.
