Great location to explore London.

Liked: Great location - express from Heathrow to Paddington and then short walk to hotel. Paddington a good station to the city. Lots of restaurants around (favourite Ya Halah). Simple good breakfast. Lift for access. Compact room and bathroom but not in London to hang out in a hotel room.

So close to everything …

Liked: The location was wonderful! Utilised a laundry within walking distance, train station just up the road, shoos up the road and restaurants. Breakfast included was fabulous! So good to not have to worry about that.
Disliked: It wasn’t the hotels fault - heatwave, no air conditioning… dying! They did everything they could to make us comfortable with fans. Nothing beats a cold shower to bring the body temp down and we also were lucky to have a window we could open .

Great location, comfortable and safe

Liked: The location was amazing. Very close to paddington station, which made it easy to go around in the city and coming/going to Heathrow airport. The room was enough for one person. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. It was safe, they lock the door at night so strangers can’t get in.
Disliked: The room’s window looked at a wall which made it a bit claustrophobic. But I didn’t spend time in the room much so it’s fine. The bathroom was divided in two (one room for toilet and sink and one for shower). And the stairs for the breakfast room was right in front of the room, and some noise came from it. The bathrooms could be cleaned better.
