Liked: Its a hotel thats great value for money. The staff work hard and if you treat them with respect, they do too. I absolutely loved the night staff and housekeeping. They kept the place gking

Handy location

Liked: The staff were lovely, particularly those in reception. Hotel is so handy for Paddington Station and a stroll to the beautiful Hyde Park.

Great location, friendly staff good...

Liked: Breakfast good, very busy and a bit slow service at times. Staff all very friendly and helpful
