Good comfortable hotel in good...

Liked: Room was clean and bed comfortable. Good room service. Complimentary toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits and Bottles of water.
Disliked: Air conditioning unit was a little bit noisy but we told the reception desk staff so they could look at it after we had checked out. Breakfast was Ok - only a choice of 2 cereals, normal milk only- continental layout with fruit, cheeses, pastries etc. and cooked breakfast - but no bacon.

Exceptional

Liked: Great location super close to Bayswater and Queensway stations, and of course, Hyde Park! In just a couple minutes I could leave the hotel and already be in the station ready to head out for the day.The street the hotel is on is quiet, but just one street over there are lots of different restaurants to choose from, and a couple markets to get snacks and essentials. I arrived a couple hours early and they already had my room ready and able to be checked in, which was a huge relief after a very long time spent travelling.

Disliked: Could hear noise from next door and top floor

The hotel was just okay....

Liked: The location. Water in the lobby. The personnel.
Disliked: The steps once you get off elevator to get to the room and then the steps inside the room. The single bed didn’t seem sturdy. The bathroom walls were choppy and there was mold in the shower. No view from window in room and when you looked out the window all you saw were dirty walls from other buildings.

Liked: Great location for two tube stations Clean, fresh and well kept.
Disliked: Couldn’t find any fault.

Generally a really good experience...

Liked: Location was good. Easy access to underground and local parks. Staff were incredibly helpful especially with navigating to our destinations in the easiest and most cost effective way
Disliked: Rooms didn’t have much area to walk as beds took up most of the floor space.
