Liked: The location, the kindness of staff and again, the location
Disliked: The rooms need to be renovated more, but it was not a major problem. It is just a suggestion. You have to know that the walls are not soundproof, so you might be hearing other guests more often

Liked: The hotel had a great location near shopping and restaurants. And they staff was pleasant.
Disliked: The room was small. I couldn’t use the bureau because it was wedged against a wall. Would have liked a refrigerator and access to ice for drinks since I didn’t have a refrigerator.

Average stay

Liked: The location was great, staff were friendly.
Disliked: We stayed in room 6 which is subject to a lot of noise. It’s right next to a door which the staff use and from about 7am come in and out of frequently. The door bangs and this woke us up countless times. The housekeeping start hoovering the hallway very early and this woke us up too. I’d recommend asking for a different room if this is the one you’re booked. We also popped the sign on the door for room cleaning but this didn’t happen and we had to go to reception to request clean towels.
